www.rzlash.com is an online store without a physical retail location, but local pickup is available at Jēkabpils iela 1a, Riga, by placing an order at least 1 business day in advance and arranging a pickup time.

Ordering, delivery, returns, and payment procedures

The customer places an order through this website by specifying the type and quantity of products to be purchased. Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided in the order confirmation email. After payment is received, the customer will receive an invoice in a separate email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

Cash payments are not accepted. Purchases can only be made via bank transfer to the following account:

The seller will ship the goods within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Delivery is made via Omniva, DPD, Venipak, Latvijas Pasts, or Smartpost parcel machines. The current delivery fee is shown during checkout when selecting the delivery provider. Delivery costs range from €2 to €3.50.

Delivery time depends on the performance of the parcel machine network and typically takes 1–3 business days.

Returns are processed in accordance with the law – any item purchased online can be returned to the seller within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Used products will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
